I’m a college student and so was looking for a perfect pet for my situation. I spoke with Cheyenne for a good hour or so and she was so so patient and knowledgeable when it came to answering all of my question! She was the sweetest and I left with a cute little guinea pig :)

Absolutely amazing. All the workers were so nice and so welcoming. Definitely would love to buy from them. You can tell all of the workers are very passionate about what they do and make the experience amazing and worth it. All the animals seem very well taken care of and cared for by each individual there.

Sapphire was very helpful when we ended up at the wrong petland location for a dog reservation at Dayton, OH. She called the other store to tell them we would be late. Sadly, the female Golden retriever I had a reservation to see was no longer available. She called the other store at Austin Landing and asked to reserve the female Golden retriever i wanted to see there. We appreciated all her help. Would shop there for other pets. Great fish selection. The parrots were neat.

Been in Dayton for 3 years and recently visited here. I'm very impressed with how great the customer service is. Staff is well knowledgeable and seem to actually like their job. Will definitely be back for all my cats needs.

OUTSTANDING customer service. Not just from one person, but every employee I came in contact with (3 or 4). You can tell they love their jobs. They were knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and they were all smiling. You can’t force that type of atmosphere. They recommended this amazing dog bed and my pup loves it already. They even showed me how long it would last because of how it was made. I’ll be back for sure!

First time visiting this location and it’s really nice. I needed live crickets and I’ve been debating on trying to breed them so I’m not constantly buying them, but the price for cricket pens at every pet store and even Amazon has been higher then I’ve wanted to pay. Well just my luck the best pen they had today was 50% off. I got it got $16.00. It didn’t ring up correctly, but the clerk promptly verify the price on the shelf and made the adjustment. So wish me luck on my cricket breeding adventure and if it doesn’t go well then I’ll be back here buying more crickets lol. Crickets 🦗 🐸
